Shipping policy

Our products are all handmade and our team works really hard to ship all orders as soon as possible. 

You will receive an automatic email with your tracking number as soon as your order is ready for pickup by the transport company. It may take a few hours for any update on their system. 

We currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes so please be aware that if your shipping address is non-EU it could incur customs charges.
